Techleap’s Rise programme selects nine Dutch scaleups, providing key mentorship and networking for significant growth and international expansion.

Cultivating High-Potential Startups

The Rise programme, orchestrated by Techleap.nl, has become a bastion for nurturing high-potential Dutch scaleups. The programme, known for its comprehensive support system, offers mentorship, vital connections, and access to an array of resources tailored to bolster the growth trajectories of participating startups. With the announcement made on Monday, the 13th cohort will see nine scaleups partake in what is considered an exclusive opportunity to accelerate their journey from promising startups to established market players.

A Network of Expertise

Dylan Richts, Head of Community at Techleap, highlights the significance of collaboration and collective problem-solving within the programme. The selected scaleups will have the opportunity to engage in workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions, addressing the multifaceted challenges that burgeoning businesses face. Moreover, the programme draws on the wisdom of over 25 seasoned professionals from Techleap’s expert network, including distinguished operators and founders from renowned companies such as Adyen, Picnic, bunq, and TomTom.

The Ninth Cohort’s Diverse Ensemble

Among the chosen for this selective programme are The Selection Lab, Vonwood, Transferz, Aquablu, Chordify, and Quantware, each bringing forward unique solutions to the market. Aquablu, for instance, is pioneering a plastic-free approach to water dispensing, signaling a commitment to sustainability. Chordify, on the other hand, demystifies the process of learning music with its intuitive search engine for songs and chords. These scaleups join an eclectic group that includes Breeze, Valyuu, and Agriplace, all poised to reshape their respective industries.

Founders at the Forefront

The founders of these innovative scaleups are as diverse as their businesses. They range from Lotte Welten, Joeri Everaers, and Jordi Wippert of The Selection Lab, to Nico Broersen of Agriplace. Their varied backgrounds and experiences will add depth to the cohort, as each brings a unique perspective on entrepreneurship and business growth. Special guests for this round include Job van der Voort from Remote and Matthijs Welle from Mews, who will offer insights from their own scaleup experiences.
