Among the innovative projects, a standout initiative focuses on improving speech therapy access for Parkinson’s disease patients through digital technology. The PERSPECTIVE innovations project has introduced the Voicetrainer app, enabling patients to independently practice speech exercises and receive personalized feedback to maintain and enhance their verbal communication abilities [1].

The initiative demonstrates significant financial commitment, with a total budget of €2.6 million allocated for knowledge infrastructure development. Individual projects can receive up to €650,000 in funding, with project durations ranging from 12 to 18 months [2].
