Biglife is using AI to prevent piglet deaths by alerting sows when they lie down on piglets, utilizing image recognition technology. This innovation not only saves animal lives but also enhances agricultural efficiency. Exergy, another finalist, aims to optimize the chemical industry with AI-driven data analysis, improving efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
Healthcare and Education Innovations
Aevai Health’s chatbot Alva is designed to simplify biobank data collection, making the process faster and more cost-effective. BrainBite, targeting the educational sector, uses AI to personalize educational content for children aged six and above, aiming to enhance learning outcomes through tailored educational experiences.

The AI Pitch Competition is just one of several global platforms offering startups the opportunity to showcase their innovations. The Slush 100 Startup Competition in Helsinki, slated for November 20-21, 2024, will feature the top 100 startups competing for a €1,000,000 equity investment. Similarly, the SXSW Pitch in Austin, Texas, set for March 8-9, 2025, has seen its finalists raise over $23.2 billion in funding since 2009.
