Amsterdam Hosts AI Innovation Workshop on Data Spaces Interoperability

On September 12, Amsterdam will host a co-creative workshop on interoperable Trust & Discoverability in data spaces. The event, organized by the Data Spaces Interoperability Compass team, aims to explore design choices for various sectors, focusing on trust and discoverability in AI and data technologies.
NWO Funding for AI Impact Project
Amsterdam AI has received significant funding from the Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO) for its AI Impact Project. This initiative is designed to enhance the implementation and benefits of AI technologies across various sectors. The project aims to explore and amplify the impact of AI, specifically in the fields of event ticketing, event marketing platforms, and other industry-specific applications such as music and food & beverage.
Enhancing Trust and Discoverability
The workshop on September 12 will dive deep into the critical aspects of interoperable trust and discoverability in data spaces. The Data Spaces Interoperability Compass (DSIC) team has gathered insights on current solutions favored by major Dutch initiatives. The workshop will feature two interactive sprints focusing on trust (participation management, identity & attestation management, access, and usage policy controls) and discoverability (publication & discovery).

Participants at the workshop will have the opportunity to learn about existing solutions and how to utilize them effectively. They will also explore suitable design choices tailored to their specific sectoral contexts. These sessions aim to foster a deeper understanding of the building blocks necessary for creating interoperable and trustworthy data spaces.
